摘 要:针对鲜花椒采摘技术装备缺乏,人工采摘效率低、成本高、劳动强度大且采摘人员手臂易受伤等问题,基于枝采花椒的方法设计一种鲜花椒枝穗分离机。采用切割分离原理,设计2组有齿开刃型环形切刀,内径分别为18,23 mm;设计夹持输送轮直径和宽度均为30 mm的圆弧形轮毂,输送轮上弹簧钢丝直径为1.2 mm,钢丝长度为30 mm,钢丝端面均呈弧形设置。仿真结果表明,弹簧钢丝最大应力为1045.5 MPa,满足设计和使用要求,机具能实现枝采花椒后果穗与枝干的分离作业。研究为花椒采收机具的研究与设计提供一种新的参考方案。In view of the problems such as lack of technical equipment for picking peppercorns,low manual picking efficiency,high cost,high labor intensity and easy injury to the arms of picking persons,a peppercorn-branch splitter was designed based on the method of branch picking.Using the principle of cutting and separation,two groups of toothed and edged annular cutters were designed,with inner diameters of 18 and 23 mm respectively;Circular arc hub with diameter and width of clamping conveyor wheel of 30 mm was designed,the diameter of the spring wire on the conveyor wheel was 1.2 mm,the length of the steel wire was 30 mm,and the end face of the steel wire was set in an arc shape.The simulation analysis results show that the maximum stress of the spring steel wire is 1045.5 MPa,which meets the design and use requirements.The machine can realize the separation of fruit ears and branches after picking peppercorns.This study provides a new reference scheme for the research and design of peppercorn harvesting equipment.
