工科学生领导力教育模式的实践与探索——以电子科技大学“立人班”项目为例

摘　　要：为党和国家培养一批能够引领科技创新和产业变革、能够担当民族复兴大任的科技创新领军人才是工科高校的任务和使命。培养科技创新领军人才,全面提升学生领导力是关键。论文以电子科技大学“立人班”项目为例,回顾了以价值为引领、创新为驱动构建创新驱动型领导力培养模型的发展情况,讨论了建立工科学生领导力培养体系、项目运行反馈工作机制、项目服务保障平台等实践过程,提出了工科学生领导力教育模式的优化路径。It is the task and mission of engineering universities to cultivate talents capable of technological innovations and carrying forward the responsibility of national revitalization.To achieve this purpose the key rests with students’leadership.Though a case study of“Talent Class”of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,this paper reviews the development of leadership cultivation models based on guide and innovation-driving,discusses the practice processes for the establishment of leadership cultivation system,project operation feedback working mechanism,and project service guarantee platform,and suggests the optimizing paths for instruction models of engineering students’leadership.
