摘  要:现代化的工业企业,对创新型人才的需求越来越多。在多学科环境下,为了培养当代高校大学生具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力,在专业领域高效解决复杂工程问题及创新能力,以冲压工艺及模具设计课程为例,将“混合设计实践教学”引入教学中,并建立了在线视频资源等学习平台,积累了许多实用的在线学习资料,实现了“以激发学生自主学习为目标”的教学模式,提升了机械类本科专业应用型人才质量,提高了大学生的创新能力。Modern industrial enterprises have more and more demands for innovative talents.In a multi disciplinary environment,in order to cultivate contemporary college students’awareness of independent learning and lifelong learning,the ability to constantly learn and adapt to development,and the ability to efficiently solve complex engineering problems and innovation in the professional field,the stamping process and mold design course is taken as an example,“mixed design for practice teaching”is introdued into teaching,online video resources and other learning platforms are established,and many practical online learning materials are accumulated,meanwhile,the teaching mode of“motivating students to learn independently”has been realized,the quality of applied talents of mechanical undergraduate majors has been improved,the innovation ability of college students has been improved,and excellent high-quality talents have been delivered to the society.
