摘  要:推进课程思政建设,高职专业课教师教学话语转换是关键。而当前课程思政话语体系转换还面临部分高职专业教师思政素养有待提升、一些高职院校轻视思政教育的现象有待消除、课程思政教师话语体系实效性有待增强等问题。高职专业课教师课程思政教学话语转换要坚持学理性和政治性相统一的原则、自然契合原则、有限阐释原则,采取思政内容与专业教学相融合、思政语言与专业知识相协调、彰显思政教学的人文性内涵、以马克思主义方法论指导学生的专业学习等策略。The discourse transformation of professional teachers at higher vocational college is the key to promoting the ideological and political education in curriculum.At present,the conversion of the ideological and political education in curriculum discourse system still faces the problems that some higher vocational professional teachers'ideological and politics literacy needs to be improved,the phenomenon that some higher vocational colleges and universities belittle ideological and politics education needs to be eliminated,and the effectiveness of teachers'ideological and political education in curriculum discourse system needs to be enhanced.The teachers of professional courses in higher education should adhere to the principles of unity of academic rationality and politics,natural fit and limited interpretation and adopt strategies such as integrating the content of ideological and political education in curriculum with professional teaching,coordinating the language of ideological and political education in curriculum with professional knowledge,highlighting the humanistic connotation of ideological and political education in curriculum teaching and guiding students'professional learning with Marxist methodology.
