心理健康课程教学对辅导员心理辅导能力的影响研究——以湖北职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：心理健康教育与咨询工作是辅导员的重要职责,心理健康课程是实施心理育人的主渠道。为探究参与心理健康课程教学对辅导员心理辅导能力的影响,对湖北职业技术学院的辅导员和学生进行问卷调查。研究结果发现,辅导员自评和学生他评都表明参与心理健康课程教学有助于提高辅导员心理辅导能力,且辅导员任课班级学生的心理健康水平更好,从侧面体现了辅导员的心理育人效果。可通过开展教研活动和心理沙龙、“团队辅导式”教学,做实课后辅导,提供系统支持与政策鼓励,提升辅导员能力与工作动力。Mental health education and consulting are important responsibilities of counselors.Mental health course is the main channel for implementing psychological education.In order to explore the impact of participation in the psychological health course teaching on counselors'psychological counseling ability,the researcher of this study conducted questionnaire surveys of counselors and students in Hubei Polytechnic Institute.The results of the study found that participation in the teaching of mental health course improved counselors'psychological counseling ability,and in the class that counselors were teaching mental health course,students'mental health level was higher,which might provide practical support for the construction of counselor's mental health education course.Through teaching and research activities,psychological salons and"group counseling"teaching,after-school counseling,systematic support and policy encouragement can be provided to enhance the counseling ability and motivation of counselors.
