摘　　要：仪器分析是高校化工、农学类、医学类和食品类等专业的一门重要专业基础课,仪器分析实验对培养学生的综合实验能力和分析测试能力有着重要意义。在实际教学过程中,仪器分析实验存在学时不足、大型仪器台套数不足、学生动手操作机会少等困境。本文以河南科技大学为例从教学大纲的制定、实验内容的确定、实验教学方式的改革以及实验教学设计改革等方面对仪器分析实验进行了线上线下混合式教学的改革探讨。Instrument Analysis is an important course for Chemical Engineering,Agriculture,Medicine,Food and other majors in colleges.It s important for cultivating students abilities about comprehensive experiment and analytical practice.There are some difficulties such as lack instrument sets,insufficient teaching hours in the practical teaching process,which result in few opportunities of operate for students.Online and offline teaching model about course of Instrument Analysis experiment was discussed.Taking Henan University of Science and Technology as an example,teaching syllabus formation,the experimental content determination,experimental teaching methods and experimental teaching design were study in detail.
