摘　　要：为进一步实现法治社会的建设与发展目标,规避社会层面的法治风险,强化公民法治意识已成为公共管理当中的重要一环。本文以积极开展高职院校法治教育工作的意义作为切入点,分析了现阶段高职院校法治教育工作面临的问题及其成因,并基于明确目标、优化课程、选拔教师、强化宣传、拓展模式、创新机制等角度阐述了推进高职院校法治教育工作改革的对策与措施,以期为有关职业教育工作者提供参考。In order to further realize the goal of the construction and development of a society ruled by law,avoid the risk of rule by law at the social level and strengthen citizens’awareness of rule by law has become an important part of public management.This paper takes the significance of actively carrying out the legal education in higher vocational colleges as the starting point,analyzes the problems and causes of the legal education in higher vocational colleges at the present stage,and expounds the countermeasures and measures to promote the reform of legal education in higher vocational colleges based on clear objectives,optimize the curriculum,select teachers,strengthen publicity,expand the mode,innovate the mechanism,etc.,in order to provide reference for relevant vocational educators.
