摘 要:针对PMSM伺服控制系统因负载扰动导致系统性能下降的问题,提出了一种基于负载转矩观测器的永磁同步电机动态面控制策略。建立了永磁同步电机的数学模型,构造了一种新型的状态变量方程,并设计出一种新型的永磁同步电机动态面控制器,通过观测器得到负载转矩反馈量,使得负载变化时的转速波动更小,实现了对PMSM伺服系统的精准控制。最后给出了稳定性的详细证明,并通过仿真试验验证了该控制策略的有效性和可行性。PMSM servo control systems can degrade system performance due to load disturbances.To solve this problem,a dynamic surface control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on load torque observer is proposed.The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established,a novel type of state variable equation is constructed,and a new type of permanent magnet synchronous motor dynamic surface controller is designed.The load torque feedback is obtained through the observer,which makes the speed fluctuation when the load changes smaller,and the precise control of the PMSM servo system is realized.
