摘  要:目的:观察情景模拟教学法在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年7月该院妇产科420名临床本科实习生进行前瞻性研究,依据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各210名。研究组采用情景模拟教学法,对照组接受传统教学法。比较两组考核成绩、教学前后沟通能力(正性态度量表和负性态度量表)、评判性思维能力[中文版评判性思维能力测量表(CCTDI-CV)]评分,以及教学模式满意度。结果:研究组考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,研究组正性态度量表评分和CCTDI-CV评分均高于对照组,负性态度量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学模式满意度为100.00%(210/210),高于对照组的77.14%(162/210),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学法应用于妇产科临床实习教学可提高实习生考核成绩、正性态度量表评分、CCTDI-CV评分和教学模式满意度,降低负性态度量表评分,效果优于传统教学法。Objective:To observe application effects of scenario simulation teaching method in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods:420 clinical undergraduate interns of obstetrics and gynecology department in this hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected for the prospective study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,210 in each group.The study group adopted the scenario simulation teaching method,while the control group received traditional teaching method.The assessment results,the communication ability(positive attitude scale and negative attitude scale),the critical thinking ability[critical thinking ability(Chinese version)inventory(CCTDI-CV)]score,and teaching mode satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the teaching.Results:The assessment results of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the teaching,the positive attitude scale score and the CCTDI-CV score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the negative attitude scale score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the teaching mode satisfaction in the study group was 100.00%(210/210),which was higher than 77.14%(162/210)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The scenario simulation teaching method in the clinical practice teaching of the obstetrics and gynecology department can improve the assessment results,the positive attitude scale scores,the CCTDI-CV scores and the teaching mode satisfaction of the interns,and reduce the negative attitude scale scores.Moreover,it is superior to the traditional teaching method.
