摘 要:目的 以南京医科大学康达学院为例对农村订单定向医学生学习满意度现状及影响因素进行调查研究,以助力优化学风、提升培养质量。方法 通过整群抽样,以康达学院2018、2019、2020级临床医学专业农村订单定向医学生为研究对象进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 18.0进行数据录入和统计分析。结果 研究对象学习满意度偏低。户籍、对农村订单定向医学生相关政策的了解程度、对农村订单定向医学生相关政策的认可程度、对本专业学习内容的了解程度、对定向单位及内容的了解程度对学习满意度的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中在教学评价调查中,对农村订单定向医学生相关政策认可度高的学生,对教学满意度也高(非常认可相对于一般认可:OR=45.539,95%CI=2.694~769.800)。结论 农村订单定向医学生存在培养方案不够完善、学生对学习和工作内容不够了解、政策了解和认可度偏低、教学评价和学习态度评价有待提升等问题,建议针对性地修订培养方案、强化专业知识和实践培养、完善相关定向培养政策、实施学业帮扶,促进学生成长成才。Objective To investigate the status quo and factors influencing the learning satisfaction of rural order-oriented medical students by taking Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University as an example,so as to optimize the academic atmosphere and improve the quality of training.Methods Cluster sampling was used to select rural order-oriented students majoring in clinical medicine in grades 2018,2019 and 2020 of Kangda College and a questionnaire survey was conducted among them.SPSS 18.0 was applied for data processing and statistical analysis.Results The learning satisfaction was low.Census register,the degree of understanding and recognition of the relevant policies,the degree of understanding of the learning content of this major,and the degree of understanding of the targeted units and work had a significant impact on learning satisfaction(P<0.05).,According to the survey results of teaching evaluation,students who had higher recognition of the relevant policies for rural order-oriented medical education were more satisfied with teaching(high recognition vs.general recognition:OR=45.539,95%CI=2.694-769.800).Conclusions There are several problems for rural order-oriented medical education,including imperfect training program,students'insufficient understanding of learning and working con-tent,low policy understanding and recognition,and the evaluation of teaching and learning attitude to be improved.It is suggested to revise the training program,strengthen professional knowledge studying and practical training,improve relevant training policies and implement academic assistance to promote students'growth and success.
