摘  要:儒家“法先王”思想是中国传统政治的灵魂和理想范式。然而,自古以来,学界对其误解颇多。从视域融合的维度看,儒家以其独特智慧为“先王”和“王道”笼罩上了“克力斯玛”神秘光环。“祖神二分”、神话历史化以及古代典籍的伦理化“述”“作”是“法先王”之“着魅”,从百家争鸣到疑古风潮再到历次文化运动的批孔反儒是“法先王”之“祛魅”,今天以客观辩证的理性态度重新检视其具有普遍价值的成分并予以倡扬是“法先王”之“复魅”。揭示“着魅”是为了追溯源头,回归历史;梳理“祛魅”是为了矫正偏颇,走出遮蔽;探赜“复魅”是为了求索社会善治模式,寻找人类永恒之道。Confucian thought of modelling after deceased kings is the core and ideal paradigm of Chinese traditional politics.Nonetheless,there have been many misunderstandings regarding it.From the perspective of fusion of horizons,Confucianism shrouded“deceased kings”and“the kingly way”in the mysterious aura of“KRISMA”with its unique wisdom.The separation of ancestors from God,the historicalization of myths,and the ethical narration and writing about ancient classics all contributes to the enchantment of modelling after deceased kings.The“contention of a hundred schools of thought”,the tide of questioning the ancient,and various cultural movements criticizing Confucius and opposing Confucianism contribute to the disenchantment of modelling after deceased kings.Today,reexamining and promoting the universal value of Confucianism with an objective and dialectical rational attitude advances the re-enchantment of modelling after deceased kings.Revealing the enchantment phenomenon is to trace its origin and return to history,sorting out the disenchantment is to correct bias and stepping out of the shadows,while studying the Re-enchantment is to explore the mode of social governance and find the eternal way of mankind.
