摘　　要：“双高”计划是面向高职院校提出的推进教育现代化的重要决策。高职院校航空物流专业人才的培养工作,需要结合航空物流专业教育内容要点,结合“双高”计划、任务要求做好人才培养质量分析,明确现阶段专业人才培养质量提升的困境,进一步构建人才培养质量评价体系,提出优化人才培养质量的科学策略。文章分析得出,高职院校航空物流专业人才培养质量评价体系的构建需要引入科学的评价指标体系、多元的评价主体、应用创新评价方法;提升人才培养质量方面,应做到明确人才培养目标、科学规划专业课程内容、加大人才培养创新实践力度、提升教师团队的综合素质、完善人才培养质量评价模式,为取得高职院校航空物流人才培养的良好效果提供保障。The“double high”plan is an important decision to promote modern education in higher vocational colleges.The training of aviation logistics professionals in higher vocational colleges needs to do a good job of talent training quality analysis in combination with the key points of aviation logistics education content,the“double high”plan and task requirements,clarify the difficulties in improving the quality of professional talent training at this stage,further build the talent training quality evaluation system,and propose scientific strategies to optimize the quality of talent training.The paper concludes that the construction of the quality evaluation system of aviation logistics talent training in higher vocational colleges needs to introduce scientific evaluation index system,multiple evaluation subjects and innovative evaluation methods.In terms of improving the quality of talent training,we should make clear the goal of talent training,scientifically plan the content of professional courses,strengthen the innovative practice of talent training,improve the comprehensive quality of the faculty team,and improve the evaluation model of talent training quality,so as to provide guarantee for achieving good results of aviation logistics talent training in higher vocational colleges.
