摘　　要：文章简略阐述了现代物流管理专业创新创业人才培养的理论支撑,介绍了当前时代背景下人才培养模式改革的必要性,并从建设模块化课程体系、搭建校内外实训基地、积极落实课程思政以及打造双师型教师团队等方面对基于校企协同的现代物流管理专业创新创业人才培养模式的创新路径进行了详细分析,旨在为相关研究人员和行业发展提供参考。The paper briefly expounds the theoretical support for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in modern logistics management specialty,and introduces the necessity of the reform of talent cultivation mode in the current era.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the innovative path of modern logistics management professional innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode based on school-enterprise collaboration from the aspects of building modular curriculum system,building training bases inside and outside the school,actively implementing courses on the ideological and political dimension,and building a double-qualified faculty team,aiming at providing reference for relevant researchers and industry development.
