专业调整背景下地质实验室建设与管理模式改革研究

摘　　要：在学院专业调整背景下,为了地质实验室得到全面而长足的发展,分析了地质实验室的实验资源和管理现状,提出对实验室进行合理的规划和改革研究。从实验室规章制度的完善和建立、实验资源的整合重组、实验室的文化建设、新专业实验教学的优化、实验室的开放管理5个方面进行了探索,并取得了一定的成效。期望通过改革研究,使地质实验室满足专业调整后的学科发展和人才培养的需要。Under the background of specialty adjustment of the college,in order to achieve comprehensive and great development of geological laboratory,this paper analyzes the current situation of experimental resources and management of geological laboratory,and puts forward reasonable planning and reform research of the laboratory.This paper explores from five aspects:the improvement and establishment of laboratory rules and regulations,the integration and reorganization of experimental resources,the cultural construction of the laboratory,the optimization of experimental teaching of new majors,and the opening management of the laboratory,and has achieved some results.It is expected that through the reform and research,the geological laboratory can meet the needs of discipline development and personnel training after specialty adjustment.
