新文科视域下高职精英工匠人才培养模式路径探索与实践--以物流专业为例

摘　　要：随着现阶段电商发展加速,物流产业也迅速扩张,与此同时,一些低端的、服务效能差的物流企业也不断涌现,严重拉低了消费者对于物流服务的满意度。在消费者迫切要求提升物流服务效能的过程中,强化物流专业精英工匠人才培养显得尤为必要。在新文科背景下,更需要结合目前的物流市场,调整专业育人方案和路径,以促进高职物流专业的精英工匠人才有效培养。文中基于新文科背景开展分析,以物流专业为例,探究高职精英工匠人才培养路径。With the accelerated development of e-commerce development at present,the logistics industry is also expanding rapidly,meanwhile,some low-end logistics enterprises with poor service efficency are also emerging,which seriously reduce the consumers satisfaction to logistics services.In the process of consumers'urgent demand to improve the efficiency of logistics services,it is necessary to strengthen the training of elite craftsmen of logistics major.Under the background of the new liberal arts,it is more necessary to combine with the current logistics market to adjust the professional education program and path,so as to promote the effective training of elite craftsmen of logistics major in higher vocational colleges.This paper carries out analysis based on the background of new liberal arts,takes logistics major as an example,explores the training mode of vocational elite craftsman.
