摘　　要：虚拟教研室是数字时代背景下利用新一代信息化手段开展线上线下、虚实结合的教研活动及课程教学实践的一种创新型基层教学组织,是提升教学质量和教研水平,破解教学和科研矛盾的新途径。文中在介绍虚拟教研室产生和发展特别是物流类虚拟教研室建设基础上,探索物流系统工程虚拟教研室的实践并提出建设策略,助力虚拟教研室行稳致远。The virtual teaching and research office is an innovative grass-roots teaching organization that uses a new generation of information technology to carry out online and offline teaching and research activities and curriculum teaching practice,and is a new way to improve teaching quality and research level,and solve the contradiction between teaching and research.On the basis of introducing the emergence and development of virtual teaching and research rooms,especially the construction of logistics virtual teaching and research rooms,this paper explores the practice of logistics system engineering virtual teaching and research rooms and puts forward construction strategies to help virtual teaching and research rooms achieve stability and reach a distance.
