摘　　要：康复医学是一门新兴学科,主要侧重于患者的功能。目前,在康复医生的培养过程中,普遍忽视职业精神、医患沟通、团队合作等人文素质的培养,而这些素质恰恰是一名优秀康复医生所必须具备的。以岗位胜任力为导向,探索我国康复医学人文教育新路径,有助于提升康复医生的综合素质,推动康复医学学科的发展。Rehabilitation medicine is a new discipline,which mainly focuses on the function of patients.At present,humanistic qualities such as professionalism,patient communication and teamwork are generally ignored in the training process of rehabilitation doctors,which are exacdy the important qualities an excellent rehabilitation doctor must possess.It is helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of rehabilitation doctors and promote the development of the discipline of rehabilitation medicine to explore a new path of humanistic education of rehabilitation medicine in China based on post competency.
