摘 要:目的探究及时教学法与同伴教学法(just-in-time teaching and peer-instruction,JiTT-PI)联合应用于人体组织学实验教学后的效果。方法选取浙江大学2019级临床医学专业五年制2个小班61名学生为实验组;另2个小班60名学生为对照组。比较两组之间期末成绩差异,收集实验组学生学习行为数据与JiTTPI学习满意度调查结果,分析影响期末成绩的各因素相关性。结果结果显示:实验组期末成绩高于对照组(84.62±13.37 vs.67.57±19.98,P<0.05)。JiTT在线测验成绩与期末成绩相关系数r=0.494,呈中等相关,JiTT学习满意度、PI学习满意度与期末成绩呈弱相关(r=0.228,r=0.273),P<0.05,均具有统计学意义。多元线性回归分析结果显示,JiTT在线测验成绩与PI满意度对期末考试成绩的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),贡献度为32.4%。结论JiTT-PI教学法在人体组织学实验教学中可进一步推广,其中JiTT教学资源质量与PI教学设计对学生学习效果影响最明显。Objective To explore the learning effects of just-in-time teaching integrated and peer instruction(Jitt-PI)in Histology practical.Methods 61 students from two small classes of 2019 clinical medicine program in Zhejiang University were selected as the JiTT-PI teaching experimental group;60 students in the other two small classes were the traditional teaching control group.Compare the differences of final grades between the two groups,collect the learning behavior data of students,the scales of JiTT-PI learning satisfaction survey and analyze the correlation of various factors affecting final grades in the experimental group.Results The final grade of the JiTT-PI teaching group was higher than that of the control group(84.62±13.37 vs.67.57±19.98,P<0.05).The correlation coefficient between JiTT online test scores and final scores was r=0.494,showing a medium correlation.JiTT learning satisfaction and PI learning satisfaction were weakly correlated with final scores(r=0.228,r=0.273),P<0.05,which were statistically significant.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the impact of JiTT online test scores and PI satisfaction on final examination scores was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the contribution was 32.4%.Conclusion JiTT-PI teaching can be further popularized in Histology practical,among which the quality of JiTT teaching resources and PI teaching design have the most obvious impact on students5 learning effect.
