摘  要:肿瘤放射治疗学是一门广泛覆盖肿瘤学新进展,高度整合跨学科知识点的综合交叉性课程。教学模式改革和教学方法创新是肿瘤放射治疗学教学中的重要课题。基于病案的对分课堂教学模式运用优质病案资源,倡导隔堂分组讨论,将讲授和讨论相结合,在教学时间分配上主张教师讲授和学生讨论各占一半,更好满足以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展要求。本文旨在探讨基于病案的对分课堂教学模式运用在肿瘤放射治疗学教学中的应用,以期为培养优秀的肿瘤放射治疗学人才发挥较好的作用。Radiation oncology is a multidisciplinary clinical subject.It is necessary to focus on reforming teaching method and cultivating high-level talents in the development of radiation oncology disciplines in medical students'theory teaching.Based on high-quality medical case resources,the presentation,assimilation and discussion class(PAD class)advocates group discussions in separated classes,and combines teaching mode and discussion mode.In the allocation of teaching time,it is advocated that teacher lectures and student discussions should be divided into two parts,in order to better satisfy the radiation oncology teaching quality improvement and intension mode development requirement.This paper researched the exploration of teaching application for radiation oncology based on medical case and PAD class in order to promote the development of excellent radiation oncology talents.
