摘  要:为获得多个传感器测量值更精确的融合结果,提出一种基于时空关联性的D-S多传感器融合算法。先将各个传感器的多个历史数据和其D-S(Dempster-Shafer)理论初步融合结果相比较,确定数据融合系统在各个时空环境的效应偏差,进而在综合考虑现时场景与历史时刻场景关联度的基础上融合各历史时刻的环境效应偏差,得到当前环境的效应偏差,修正现时的数据源,使数据融合系统更适应当前应用场景,即得到更准确的证据体,然后再次利用D-S证据理论确定其修正后数据的权值分配函数,最终对所有修正后的测量进行权值融合以得到更精准的融合结果。以光谱仪测量光谱谱线数据信息为例,仿真实验结果表明,所提算法的融合结果与真值间的误差为0.2438,均小于其他对比算法,验证了该算法的有效性和优越性。In order to obtain more accurate fusion results of data measured by multiple sensors,a D-S multi-sensor fusion algorithm based on spatio-temporal correlation was proposed.The multiple historical data of each sensor are compared with the preliminary fusion results from the Dempster-Shafer(D-S)theory,to determine the effect bias of the data fusion system in various temporal and spatial environments.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the correlation degree between the present scene and the historical scene,the environment effect bias of each historical moment is fused,to get the effect bias of the current scene,and to modify the current data source to make the data fusion system more suitable for the current application scenario,which means more accurate evidence body is obtained.Then the weight distribution function of the modified data is determined by the D-S evidence theory again.Finally,the weight fusion of all the modified measurement values is carried out to obtain more accurate fusion results.An example of spectral line data measured by spectrometer is given,which shows that the fusion effect of the proposed algorithm has an error of 0.2438 compared with the actual value.It is less than the other compared algorithms,which verifies its effectiveness and superiority.
