全球半导体硅片行业人才现状研究

摘　　要：半导体硅片是芯片制造的关键原材料,在半导体产业链中占据重要战略位置,行业技术门槛较高,因而人才成为企业发展的核心要素。目前,全球半导体硅片行业龙头企业已占据绝大多数市场。研究全球半导体硅片行业龙头企业的人才结构和人才分布情况,对完善行业人才激励政策,吸引更多专业人才流向半导体硅片行业有着重要意义。基于此,本文重点分析了全球半导体硅片龙头企业的人才结构,人均产值与人才地域分布情况,并结合半导体硅片产业的发展,针对新进市场企业的人才建设提出了若干建议。As the key raw material for chip manufacturing,semiconductor wafers occupy an important strategic position in the industry chain.Due to the high technological threshold of the industry,personnel has become a core element for enterprise development.At present,leading companies in the global semiconductor wafer industry have monopolized the market.Hence,it is of great significance to study the personnel structure and distribution of the leading companies to perfect the incentive policy and attract more skilled personnel.To this end,this paper intends to elaborate the structure,per capita output value and geographical distribution of personnel in the leading companies,and proposes some suggestions for new market entrants.
