摘  要:以甲酸提取糠醛渣(FR)中的纤维素为原料,经硫酸、乳酸和水组成的混合酸催化水解制备纳米晶纤维素(NCC),研究优化了制备工艺。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、动态光散射(DLS)、透射电镜(TEM)对糠醛渣纳米晶纤维素的进行表征。结果表明,当硫酸占比30%、乳酸占比5%,在40℃温度下反应时间2.5h,制备的NCC为棒状,直径9~15nm、长度60~150nm,结晶度82.74%,收率为68.88%,具有良好的水中分散性。Cellulose was obtained from furfural residue(FR) with formic acid.Nanocrystalline cellulose(NCC) was prepared by catalytic hydrolysis of furfural residue cellulose with a mixture of sulfuric acid,lactic acid and water.The preparation process were optimized.The furfural residue nanocrystalline cellulose were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,dynamic light scattering,transmission electron microscope.The results showed that the optimum conditions were 30% sulfuric acid mass ratio,50% lactic acid mass ratio,2.5 h reaction time and 40℃ reaction temperature.Yield was of 68.88%.TEM showed that the NCC was rod-shaped with a diameter of 9 to 15 nm and a length of 60 to 150 nm.XRD analysis shows that the crystallinity was 82.74%.Zeta shows that NCC has good dispersion in water.
