摘 要:目的探讨引导式教育下悬吊训练联合低频脉冲电治疗脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法选取本院康复科收治的58例脑瘫患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各29例,对照组接受低频脉冲电联合常规运动训练,观察组采用低频脉冲电联合引导式教育下悬吊训练,干预3个月。比较两组干预前后运动发育商、平衡和功能独立性、Gesell量表评分、临床疗效。结果干预后,观察组患儿的Peabody运动发育量表中精细运动、粗大运动及总体的发育商评分、Berg平衡量表、儿童功能独立性量表(WeeFIM)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Gesell发育量表中的五项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率89.66%,高于对照组的65.52%(P<0.05)。结论引导式教育下悬吊训练联合低频脉冲电治疗有助于促进脑瘫患儿精细和粗大运动发育,改善平衡功能,促进智力发育,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of suspension training under guided education combined with low frequency pulse electrotherapy in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Fifty-eight children with cerebral palsy admitted to the rehabilitation department of our hospital were selected.The sick children were divided into an observation group and a control group using random number table method,29 in each group.The control group received low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with conventional motor training treatment,while the observation group received low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with suspension training under guided education.Both interventions were for 3 months.The motor development quotient,balance and functional independence,and Gesell scale before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group had higher scores of fine motor,gross motor and overall developmental quotient scores in Peabody Motor Development Scale,as well as Berg Balance Scale,and Children′s Functional Independence Scale(WeeFIM)scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,five scores of Gesell development scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.66%that was higher than 65.52%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Suspension training under guided education combined with low-frequency pulse electrotherapy can promote the fine and gross motor development,improve the balance function,and promote the intellectual development.Its clinical efficacy is significant.
