摘 要:海马是大脑半球重要的结构之一。海马是人类记忆研究的核心。多种神经系统疾病可累及双侧海马,通过多种机制直接或间接导致海马结构及功能异常。本文整理总结海马的溯源、海马的基本解剖及导致双侧海马病变的常见神经系统疾病并浅析发病机制,旨在为双侧海马病变相关神经系统疾病的防治提供新思路。The hippocampus is one of the critical structures in the cerebral hemispheres.The hippocampus is the core of human memory research.A variety of nervous system diseases can involve the bilateral hippocampus,and directly or indirectly lead to abnormal hippocampal structure and function through various mechanisms.This paper collates and summarizes the origin and basic anatomy of the hippocampus and common nervous system diseases that lead to bilateral hippocampal lesions and analyzes the pathogenesis,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of nervous system diseases related to bilateral hippocampal lesions.
