摘  要:目的研究将评估微信支持下的以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法结合翻转课堂在急救护理学实习教学中的效果。方法将2019年6月—2020年5月在厦门大学附属第一医院实习的84名护理学专业本科实习生随机分为两组,试验组42名,采用微信支持下的PBL+翻转课堂教学法进行教学实践;对照组42名采用传统教学法实施教学。教学活动结束后,比较两组学生对教学模式的主观评价结果及急救护理学课程考核成绩。结果试验组学生对教学模式的主观评价结果、理论考试成绩与实践操作考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信支持下的PBL+翻转课堂教学模式能激发学生的学习兴趣;提高学生的自学能力、解决问题能力及团队配合能力;促进护理实习生对急救护理学理论知识及实践操作技能的掌握。Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method supported by WeChat combined with flipped classroom in the practice teaching of emergency nursing.Methods A total of 84 undergraduates intern majoring in nursing were randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in the experimental group were taught by PBL+flip classroom teaching supported by WeChat.42 cases in the control group were taught by traditional teaching mode.The subjective evaluation results of the two groups of students on the teaching mode and the course examination results were compared after the teaching activities.Results The subjective evaluation results,theoretical examination results and practical operation examination results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL+flipped classroom teaching mode supported by WeChat can stimulate students'interest in learning,enhance their self-study ability,strengthen their problem-solving ability and develop the spirit of team cooperation.Moreover,it can promote nursing interns to master the theoretical knowledge and experimental operation skills of emergency nursing.
