“新医科”背景下医工融合在消化内镜临床教学中的探索

摘　　要：随着我国医疗改革的不断深化,人民群众对健康的需求日益增长,以推进复合型创新医学人才培养的“新医科”的建设,对医学生的培养教育提出了更高要求。医学本科教育是医学生成长的关键时期,如何做好“新医科”背景下的本科教学是目前的研究热点。临床教学阶段是医学生全面了解临床各学科,培养其对专科认识的重要时期。近年来在推动建设“新医科”的背景下,消化内镜作为桥接消化内外科的重要桥梁,医工融合的诊疗技术广泛应用在消化内镜临床诊疗工作中。因此在消化内镜临床教学方面和教学管理方面均需行新的探索和研究。本文以消化内镜临床教学为例,结合消化内镜领域医工融合临床案例,探索“新医科”背景下培养医学生医工融合思维的教学新模式。With the continuous deepening of China's medical reform,the people's demand for health is growing.In the context of"construction of new medicine",there are new requirements for the training of medical students.Medical undergraduate education is a critical period for the growth of medical students,and how to do a good job in undergraduate teaching under the background of"new medical science"is a research hotspot at present.The clinical teaching stage is an important period for medical students to fully understand the clinical subjects and cultivate their understanding of clinical subjects.As an important bridge connecting digestive medicine and surgery,in recent years,under the background of promoting the construction of"new medical science",the diagnosis and treatment technology of medical-engineering integration has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of digestive endoscopy.Therefore,new explorations and research are needed in the clinical teaching and teaching management of digestive endoscopy.Taking the clinical teaching of digestive endoscopy as an example,this paper explores a new teaching model for cultivating the integration of medical students and medical engineers under the background of"new medical science"based on clinical cases of medical-engineering integration in the field of digestive endoscopy.
