介入放射学住培医师教学模式探索

摘　　要：介入放射学是集诊断和治疗疾病的重要方法之一,是基于传统内科、外科的第三大重要学科之一。目前除广大三甲医院以外,正逐渐为二级医疗机构所采用,因而对掌握介入放射学医师的需求与日俱增。住院医师规范化培训是医生掌握介入放射学技术的重要途径、是上岗前必经的培训阶段,抓好规范化培训过程中介入放射学教学质量,制定专业规范的介入放射学培训方案,是住培介入放射学医师掌握该技术的重要保障。文章以所在医院介入放射学的住培医师教学实践为基础,通过对教学过程的梳理与分析,总结出了制定培训方案、熟悉介入放射学术前准备、掌握操作技能、紧追介入放射学学科发展的教学模式,以期进一步提高住培医师在介入放射学方面的培训效果和质量,期待更多的住培医师加入从事介入放射学的队伍。Interventional radiology is one of the important methods for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.It is one of the third most important disciplines based on traditional internal medicine and surgery.At present,in addition to the majority of tertiary hospital,it is gradually being adopted by secondary medical institutions,so the demand for doctors who master interventional radiology is increasing.Standardized training is an important way for doctors to master interventional radiology technology,and it is a training stage that must be passed before taking up a job.Doing a good job in the quality of interventional radiology teaching during the standardized training process,and formulating professional and standardized interventional radiology training programs,is the standard training of interventional radiology,and an important guarantee for doctors to master this technology.The authors based on the teaching practice of the doctors in the hospital's interventional radiology summarized the formulation of the training plan,the familiarity with the academic preparation of interventional radiology,and in the hope of further improving the effectiveness and quality of interventional radiology training,we expect more interventional radiologists to join our ranks.
