吉林省高校学生实验动物安全认知现状调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解吉林省高校对实验动物安全教育的实施现状。方法调查对象选取吉林省内高校实验课程中涉及使用实验动物的12个全日制本科专业,随机发放15000份调查问卷。结果应用实验动物开展教学的专业涵盖面广,其中医学类专业最多。26.6%的调查对象不了解所接触实验动物生物安全等级,24.9%的调查对象不了解动物实验标本及废弃物处理方法,29.1%的调查对象不了解实验动物抓、咬伤正确处理方法,38.7%的调查对象不了解实验动物福利。一年接受2次及2次以上实验动物安全培训的有48.5%,有23.6%的学生从未参加过相关培训。89.7%的学生在进行动物实验操作时,有意识地穿戴个人防护装备做好个人防护,对于涉及动物实验的学生中有73.4%的人未定期做体检,有53.7%的学生在开展动物实验前后未进行环境和自身消毒灭菌处理,有56%的学生对于发生实验动物事故的应急处理方案不够了解,也从未参与过应急演练。结论吉林省高校实验动物安全教育工作亟待进一步加强。Objective To understand the current situation of the implementation of laboratory animal safety education in colleges and universities in Jilin Province.Methods The respondents selected 12 full-time undergraduate majors involved in the use of experimental animals in the experimental courses of colleges and universities in Jilin Province,and randomly distributed 15000 questionnaires.Results The application of experimental animals in teaching covers a wide range of disciplines,among which the medical specialty is the most.26.6%of the respondents did not know the biosafety level of the experimental animals they contacted,24.9%of the respondents did not know the animal experimental samples and waste disposal methods,29.1%of the respondents did not know the correct treatment methods for the scratches and bites of the experimental animals,and 38.7%of the respondents did not know the welfare of the experimental animals.48.5%of the students received two or more times of safety training on experimental animals a year,and 23.6%of the students never participated in the relevant training.89.7%of the students consciously wore personal protective equipment for personal protection when conducting animal experiments.73.4%of the students involved in animal experiments did not have regular physical examination,53.7%of the students did not carry out environmental and self sterilization treatment before and after the animal experiments,and 56%of the students did not know enough about the emergency response plan for experimental animal accidents and never participated in emergency drills.Conclusion The safety education of experimental animals in colleges and universities in Jilin Province needs to be further strengthened.
