摘 要:皮革的鞣制是制革工艺过程中的重要工序,针对鞣制车间加工资源分配不均衡导致的设备利用率低、生产线平衡率低、生产瓶颈等问题,提出了利用Witness仿真平台建立待优化车间模型,运行模型找出瓶颈工序和生产薄弱环节,根据产能最优目标和生产线平衡率目标值找出目标函数,利用粒子群算法求出近似最优解,最后利用最优参数重建模型并分析改进效果的生产线产能优化方法。对某制革企业鞣制车间采用此方法进行仿真优化,产能提高了接近一倍,并解决了生产线的堵塞问题,证明了该方法的有效性。该方法为解决企业产能低下、生产线不平衡、资源利用率低等问题提供了一种新的思路。Leather tanning is an important process in the tanning process.Aiming at the problems of low equipment utilization,low production line balance rate and production bottleneck caused by the unbalanced distribution of processing resources in the tanning workshop,the Witness simulation platform is proposed to establish a workshop model to be optimized.Run the model to find out the bottleneck process and production weak links,find out the objective function according to the optimal target of production capacity and the target value of the production line balance rate,use the particle swarm algorithm to find the approximate optimal solution,and finally use the optimal parameters to reconstruct the model and analyze the improvement effect Production line capacity optimization method.This method was used to simulate and optimize the tanning workshop of a tannery.The production capacity was nearly doubled and the blockage of the production line was solved,which proved the effectiveness of the method.This method provides a new idea for solving the problems of low production capacity,unbalanced production lines,and low resource utilization.
