摘 要:针对内燃动车动力机组宽频振动特性确立双重优化目标,以磁流变阻尼器为执行器,提出一种兼顾系统稳定性和隔振效率的半主动模糊控制策略,并建立动力机组多刚体半主动控制系统进行效果验证。研究结果表明:基于半主动模糊策略控制的双层隔振系统在包括功率均衡和非均衡工况在内的宽频范围内均具有良好的隔振效果。在低频段内,该混合模糊控制系统振动烈度和力传递率与弹簧定阻尼隔振器系统基本相同;在高频段内,其振动烈度和力传递率更小,隔振性能更优,能够实现全工况的有效振动控制。A semi-active fuzzy control strategy considering system stability and vibration isolation efficiency is proposed by establishing the dual optimization objective for the broadband vibration characteristics of diesel-powered unit.A magnetorheological damper is used as the actuator,and a semi-active control system with multi-rigid simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the controller.The results indicate that the semi-active fuzzy control strategy has positive effect on the two-stage vibration isolation system in the full frequency range including power balance and unbalanced conditions.In lower frequency band,a similar trend of the vibration intensity and force transfer rate is observed for both fuzzy control system and spring vibration with the constant damping,while the lower vibration intensity and force transfer rate by fuzzy control system exists in higher frequency band,presenting the superior performance in vibration isolation.The overall vibration conditions can be effectively resolved according to the semi-active fuzzy control strategy.
