摘 要:考虑生鲜产品易腐烂、产量波动大、需求受产品新鲜度影响等特性,构建产出不确定情景下零售商订购量与保鲜努力水平决策模型,研究由单一生鲜供应商和单一生鲜零售商构成的二级生鲜供应链协调问题,比较不同契约下的最优订购数量、最优保鲜努力水平和供应链各成员收益,在此基础上提出带补贴的数量折扣契约,优化设置合理的契约参数,使供应链协调并实现帕累托改进。研究表明:成本分担契约和收益共享契约均不能协调该供应链;供应商在成本分担契约下的利润高于批发价契约下的利润,而零售商和整体供应链则相反;带补贴的数量折扣契约对保鲜努力水平有正向促进作用,为零售商和供应链的最优选择,而对于供应商来说,当保鲜努力成本系数或产出不确定性较大时,收益共享契约优于混合契约。Considering the characteristics of perishable fresh products,large output fluctuations,and demand affected by product freshness,a decision-making model of retailer′s order quantity and fresh-keeping effort level under uncertain output scenarios is constructed to study the coordination of a two-stage fresh supply chain composed of a single fresh supplier and a single fresh retailer.The optimal order quantity,optimal fresh-keeping effort level and the income of each member of the supply chain under different contracts are compared.On this basis,a quantity discount contract with subsidies is proposed to optimize the setting of reasonable contract parameters to coordinate the supply chain and achieve Pareto improvement.The results demonstrate that neither cost sharing contract nor revenue sharing contract can coordinate the supply chain.The profit of the supplier under the cost sharing contract is higher than that under the wholesale price contract,while the profits of the retailer and the whole supply chain are lower than those under the wholesale price contract.The quantity discount contract with subsidy has a positive effect on the preservation effort level,which is the best choice for retailers and supply chains.However,for suppliers,when the cost coefficient of preservation effort is large or when the yield uncertainty is high,the revenue sharing contract is superior to the mixed contract.
