摘　　要：我国职业教育已经迈入提质培优、增值赋能的高质量发展新阶段。“岗课赛证”综合育人背景下,高职院校开展职业本科人才培养,是落实立德树人根本任务、深化产教融合、增强职业教育适应性的重要举措。要对标国际工程联盟“技术工程师”进行职业本科人才培养定位,聚焦职业本科“岗课赛证”融合、产教科创融合“双融合”人才培养理念,构建职业本科“五育”互促、校企互促、育训互促“三互促”人才培养机制,从专业布局、课程建设、师资建设、平台建设、标准建设和国际化建设等方面着手,培养具有“八H”特征的高层次、创新性、复合型“岗位技术专家”,助力高技术技能人才培养高地建设,助力中国特色世界一流职业教育体系建设。China's vocational education has entered a new stage of high-quality development with quality improvement and value-added empowerment.Under the comprehensive education background of"post-coursecompetition-certificate",vocational colleges carry out vocational undergraduate talent training,which is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation,deepen the integration of industry and education,and enhance the adaptability of vocational education.It is necessary to orient the training of professional undergraduate talents against the"technical engineers"of the International Engineering Alliance,to focus on the talent training concept of"dual integration"including the integration of vocational undergraduate post,courses,competition and certification,and the integration of industry,education,science and innovation;to build a talent training mechanism of"three mutual promotion"of professional undergraduate education,including mutual promotion of"five education",mutual promotion of school and enterprise,and mutual promotion of education and training;and to cultivate highlevel,innovative and complex"post technical experts"with"eight H"characteristics,starting from the aspects of professional layout,curriculum construction,teacher construction,platform construction,standard construction and internationalization construction.All the above will promote the construction of a highland for training high-tech talents and the construction of a world-class vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.
