摘 要:依托安徽财贸职业学院晓庄产教园,面向校企合作高职院校、直播电商企业及其毕业实习生开展问卷调查,并采用AHP层次分析法,研究得出企业更看重直播电商人才的综合素质,且对客服能力、沟通能力、计算机办公技能、网络推广能力、订单与配送处理技能、网络营销知识及互联网知识等较为重视,据此,从创新思政育人、强化实训教学、建设双师队伍等方面提出人才培养优化措施,以期为同类院校的电子商务专业建设提供可参考的理论依据。Relying on the Xiaozhuang Industrial Education Park of Anhui Finance and Trade Vocational College,a questionnaire survey is conducted among higher vocational colleges with school-enterprise cooperation,live streaming e-commerce enterprises and their graduate interns.Using AHP analytic hierarchy process,it is concluded that enterprises attach more importance to the comprehensive quality of live streaming e-commerce talents,and pay more attention to customer service ability,communication ability,computer office skills,network promotion ability,order and distribution processing skills,network marketing knowledge and Internet knowledge,etc.Optimization measures of talent training are proposed accordingly from the aspects of innovating ideological and political education,strengthening practical training teaching,and building double-qualified teaching staff,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of e-commerce major in similar colleges and universities.
