摘　　要：文章为解决中医多义核心术语及部件对中医术语英译的不良影响,尝试必要的语义溯源,并结合术语学方法对所选核心术语及部件进行语义分析。再对其4种标准中的英译进行横向对比分析,探讨不同语境及含义下的合理规范译法,以期成为多义术语翻译研究示范,以进一步深入推动中医学核心术语和部件乃至所有名词术语英译规范化工作。In order to solve the problems brought by the negative impact of the polysemy terms and components in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the semantics of selected core terms and components were traced back and analyzed with terminology methods.Based on the comparative analysis of the translations from four TCM term standards,rational translations for the core terms and term components in different contexts and meanings were discussed,which would be a demonstration for related research.Hopefully,it will promote the standardization work of the translation for the polysemy core terms,term components,and even all the terms in TCM.
