摘　　要：分析新疆高职学生课外体育锻炼现状,探索家庭体育态度与学生课外体育锻炼参与度的相关性,为提升课外体育活动水平及实施家庭体育干预提供理论依据及参考。采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对新疆1659名高职学生的课外体育锻炼及家庭情况进行问卷调查。结果:不同性别、年级、民族的学生课外体育锻炼参与均具有差异性;Logistic回归分析显示家庭体育态度与高职学生课外体育锻炼参与度呈正相关。结论:学校应该针对性的开展健康教育及课外体育活动,加强家庭、学校、社区联动机制,培养学生终身体育意识。This paper analyzes the current situation of extracurricular physical exercise of Xinjiang Vocational College Students,explores the correlation between family physical attitude and students'participation in extracurricular physical exercise,and provides theoretical basis and reference for improving the level of extracurricular physical activity and implementing family physical intervention.By using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics,a questionnaire survey was carried out among 1659 vocational college students in Xinjiang.Results:students of different genders,grades and nationalities have different participation in extracurricular physical exercise;logistic regression analysis shows that family attitude to physical exercise is positively related to the participation of vocational students in extracurricular physical exercise.Conclusion:schools should carry out health education and extracurricular sports activities,strengthen the linkage mechanism of family,school and community,and cultivate students'lifelong sports awareness.
