摘 要:采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取碰碰香精油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析其化学成分。从碰碰香精油中鉴定出86种挥发性成分,占精油总成分的91.34%;主要特征成分为5α-雄甾烷-3,17-二酮和D-柠檬酸,其相对百分比分别为31.49%和18.58%;鉴定出43种萜烯类化合物,占精油相对百分比34.62%。为碰碰香资源充分利用与深度开发提供参考依据。Essential oil in Plectranthus hadiensis was extracted by simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction(SDE).86 components were identified from the essential oil of P.hadiensis by GC-MS,covering 91.34%of the total components.The main characteristic components of P.hadiensis were Androstane-3,17-dione,(5.alpha.)and D-Limonene,and their relative percentages of were 31.49%and 18.58%,respectively.43 terpinene compounds were identified,accounting for 34.62%of the relative percentage of essential oils.This study provided a reference for the full utilization and the further development of the resources of P.hadiensis.
