摘　　要：随着互联网和信息技术的飞速发展,现代信息技术与高校教学的融合越来越深入,混合式教学模式得到了越来越多高校教育工作者的关注。以“食品营养学”课程为例,借助智慧树教学平台开展线上线下混合式教学,以期末考试成绩和问卷调查评价教学效果,分析混合式教学过程的优点与不足,以期为推进“食品营养学”课程教学改革提供参考。With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,the integration of modern information technology and university teaching is getting deeper and deeper,the blended teaching mode has been paid more and more attention from university educators,This paper took the teaching platform of Intelligent-Tree,evaluated the teaching effect by the final exam results and questionaire survey,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the blended teaching mode,in order to provide reference for promoting the eaching reform of Food Nutrition Course.
