京津冀地区高等职业院校教育投入产出效率研究

摘　　要：随着国家对职业教育发展的重视,对职业教育的财政投入也呈大幅增长趋势。高等职业教育在发展的同时也出现了教育资源利用率低下的问题。本文运用数据包络分析法对2021年京津冀地区24所高职院校的教育投入产出效率进行评价,通过对高等职业院校教育投入产出指标进行整合,建立了基于DEA的高等职业院校教育投入产出效率评价模型,并采用2021年的数据作为样本进行实证分析,对京津冀地区高等职业院校教育投入产出效率进行静态分析,并得出作为京津冀地区重点建设的24所职业院校,应该更加重视各类资源的合理配置和有效利用,进一步提高教育产出数量和质量,优化资源配置,促进京津冀高职院校的协同发展的建议。As Chinese government attaches more and more importance to vocation⁃al education,the financial investment in this sector shows a significant growth trend.Meanwhile,the problem of low utilization of educational resources has also emerged.This paper adopts Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)to evaluate the educational inputoutput efficiency of 24 vocational colleges in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and ac⁃cordingly a DEA-based evaluation model is established by integrating the input and out⁃put indexes.A static analysis of the efficiency is made based on the 2021 data.It is sug⁃gested that the 24 vocational colleges should take more account of rational allocation and effective utilization of various resources,further improve the quantity and quality of edu⁃cational output,optimize the allocation of resources,and promote the coordinated devel⁃opment of vocational colleges in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
