摘  要:目的探讨五年制高职护生静脉注射教学中融入思政教学的方法及效果。方法选取2019级五年制高职护理二年级A、B两个班级护生为研究对象。A班设为观察组,B班设为对照组。观察组采取融入思政教学的教学方法,对照组采取常规教学方法。课程结束后护生进行理论和操作考核。对护生进行学习评价和教学满意度调查,对同行专家进行教学效果评价调查。结果采取课程思政授课后,两组护生理论考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组护生操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采取课程思政授课后,观察组护生学习评价中技能达成、知识掌握、参与状态评分和学生教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组专家对教学态度与教学准备评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但专家对观察组教学目标与教学条件、教学内容与教学表述、教学设计与教学手段、课堂管理与教学效果的评分及总评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射教学过程中融入课程思政,有利于培养护生的职业精神和技能素质,有利于培养出有灵魂、有温度的护理人才。Objective To explore the methods and effects of ideological and political teaching in the intravenous injection teaching of five-year vocational nursing students.Methods The nursing students in Class A and Class B of Grade 2019 were selected as the research objects.Class A was the observation group and Class B was the control group.The observation group adopted ideological and political teaching methods,the control group adopted conventional teaching methods.At the end of the course,nursing students will be assessed in theory and operation.The study evaluation and teaching satisfaction survey of nursing students were conducted,and the teaching effect evaluation survey of peer experts was conducted.Results After ideological and political teaching,there was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical assessment results(P>0.05),but the observation group was higher than the control group in operational assessment results,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After ideological and political teaching,the scores of skill achievement,knowledge mastery,participation status and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in teaching attitude and teaching preparation scores between the two groups(P>0.05);However,the scores and total scores of the observation group on teaching ob jectives and teaching conditions,teaching content and teaching expression,teaching design and teaching means,classroom management and teaching effect were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of ideological and political thinking in the course of intravenous injection teaching is conducive to the cultivation of professional spirit and skill quality of nursing students,and it's benefit to cultivate the soulful and warm heart nursing talents.
