摘　　要：本文介绍了食用植物油几类充氮系统工艺的工作原理与操作步骤,并针对食用油在储存、调配、灌装等不同生产环节所采用的不同充氮系统的特点进行了分析,以期为行业提供选择参考。This paper introduced principle and operation procedure of several nitrogenous charging systems for edible vegetable oil,and the characteristics of different nitrogenous charging systems used in different production stages of edible oil such as storage,allocation and filling are analyzed,which can provide reference for process design.
