摘 要:分析研究婴幼儿配方奶粉中可能存在的各种危害物质来源,结合具体情况实施风险评估,制定科学合理的风险控制方案,从而为婴幼儿食品加工提供良好的安全保障。基于此,本文简单分析了婴幼儿配方奶粉危害物质来源,并深入探讨了污染环节及风险控制措施,以供行业参考。The sources of various hazardous substances that may exist in infant formula milk powder are analyzed,the risk assessment is carried out in combination with the specific situation,and a scientific and reasonable risk control scheme is formulated,so as to provide a good safety guarantee for infant food processing and consumption.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the sources of hazardous substances in infant formula milk powder,and deeply discusses the pollution links and risk control measures for reference.
