摘  要:本文建立测定赶黄草中没食子酸含量的高效液相色谱法,评估赶黄草中没食子酸在不同冲泡条件下的溶出量。用25℃、80℃和90℃超纯水分别冲泡赶黄草的叶、茎和花5~60 min,然后测定溶出的没食子酸含量。没食子酸在0.005~10μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),加标回收率为93.2%~98.2%,相对标准偏差为2.27%~7.05%。赶黄草的叶、茎和花中没食子酸冲泡后的溶出量分别为91~2478 ug·g^(-1),118~616ug·g^(-1)和116~787 ug·g^(-1)。所建高效液相色谱法操作简单,准确度高,重复性好,可用于赶黄草中没食子酸含量测定及产品质量监控。赶黄草的叶、茎和花分别经超纯水在80℃冲泡60 min、90℃冲泡20 min和90℃冲泡60 min后溶出的没食子酸含量最高。This article establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of gallic acid in Penthorum chinense Pursh,and to evaluate the gallic acid content in Penthorum chinense Pursh under different brewing conditions.The leaves,stems and flowers of Penthorum chinense Pursh were brewed in ultrapure water at 25℃,80℃and 90℃for 5~60 minutes and the dissolved gallic acid content was determined.The linear linearity of gallic acid in the range of 0.005~10μg·mL^(-1)was good(r=0.9998).High accuracy was obtained with recoveries of 93.2%~98.2%and relative standard deviations of 2.27%~7.05%.The contents of gallic acid in the leaves,stems and flowers of Penthorum chinense Pursh under different brewing conditions were 91~2478 ug·g^(-1),118~616 ug·g^(-1)and 116~787 ug·g^(-1),respectively.The proposed method is convenient,accurate and stable that can be used for the determination of gallic acid in Penthorum chinense Pursh.The highest dissolution contents of gallic acid in leaves,stems and flowers of Penthorum chinense Pursh were obtained by brewing in ultrapure water at 80℃for 60 minutes,90℃for 20 minutes and 90℃for 60 minutes,respectively.
