摘　　要：红色文化助力青少年精神素养提升有利于为青少年精神素养培育提供更有力的思想支撑、更加深入的价值引领、丰富的内涵和表现形式。在实际工作中,红色文化助力青少年精神素养提升工作面临一些困境,包括专业队伍的红色文化素养存在不足、培育内容不系统、培育路径缺乏层级性、培育方法的创新性不足等。因此,要不断提升红色文化育人队伍素养、创新红色文化人才培养模式、构建红色文化多元学习平台、打造独具特色的红色文化强势品牌、培育红色主题文化系统,全面提升青少年精神素养。Red culture helps to improve teenagers'spiritual literacy,which is conducive to providing more powerful ideological support,more in-depth value guidance,rich connotation and expression form for the cultivation of teenagers'spiritual literacy.In practice,the red culture is facing some difficulties in helping the teenagers to enhance the spiritual quality,including the lack of red cultural literacy of professional team,cultivation content is not systematic,lack of hierarchical cultivation path,lack of innovative cultiva-tion methods.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously improve the quality of the red culture educational team,innovating the talents training mode of red culture,building a multi-learning platform for red culture,creating a unique strong brand of red culture,and cultivating a red theme culture system to comprehensive-ly improve the spiritual literacy of teenagers.
