基于市场需求调研的应用型本科人工智能专业人才培养研究

摘　　要：我国高校人工智能专业发展势头强劲,然而其人才培养与产业需求匹配度不高,应用型人才培养存在一定不足。为了弥补人才供需差距,通过问卷调查与大数据爬虫等方式对人工智能领域市场需求进行调研,分析了企业对人才主修课程需求、专业需求、岗位与特质需求以及专业技能需求等情况,并针对需求情况从师资队伍、产教融合、课程体系、培养目标、教学模式等五个方面出发,提出了应用型本科人工智能专业人才培养改进的可行途径。The development trend of artificial intelligence in colleges and universities in China is strong,but its talent cultivation does not match the industrial demand well,and there are certain deficiencies in the cultivation of practical personnel.In order to bridge the gap between talent supply and demand,the market in the field of AI was investigated through questionnaires and big data crawlers,and major⁃course needs,specialty needs,jobs and characteristics needs and professional⁃skill needs of enterprises for talents were analyzed.Based on the above analysis,feasible ways to improve the cultivation of AI professionals in application⁃oriented undergraduate colleges and universities were proposed from five aspects,such as teaching staff,integration of industry and education,curriculum system,training objectives,and teaching modes.
