摘  要:文章总结概述了2022年度茶树遗传育种领域取得的主要进展。2022年度,科研工作者在茶树遗传育种领域取得了丰硕的成果,基于转录组、同源和异源转化、分子互作等研究手段,大量与茶树逆境胁迫抵御、功能物质代谢、生长发育调控相关的遗传分子机制及关键作用基因获得解析;茶树氨基酸含量、发芽期等性状相关的数量性状位点(QTL)被精细定位,为开发性状关联分子标记奠定了基础;62个茶树品种通过非主要农作物品种登记,5个品种授权获得植物新品种权,为茶产业高效发展提供了多样化的品种保障。The research advances of genetics and breeding of tea plants in 2022 were summarized in this article.In 2022,researchers achieved fruitful results in the field of genetics and breeding of tea plants.Based on transcriptome,homologous and heterologous transformation,molecular interaction and other techniques,a large number of genetic molecular mechanisms and key genes related to stress resistance,functional substance metabolism,growth and development of tea plants were analyzed.Quantitative trait loci(QTL)related to traits such as free amino acid content and early bud flush in tea plants were finely mapped,laying the foundation for the development of trait associated molecular markers.Sixty-two tea cultivars were registered as non-major crop varieties,and 5 tea cultivars were authorized to obtain new plant variety rights,providing diversified variety guarantee for the efficient development of tea industry.This paper could provide valuable reference for the development of tea genetics and breeding in the future.
