汉语医患会话口语习用语的互动交际性考察

摘　　要：从互动语言学视角,基于“新医科”医学人才教育目标提出“交际的常用性、表达的得体性、词汇的通用性”三条标准,确立了汉语医患会话口语习用语条目。通过考察汉语医患会话口语习用语的互动交际特征,发现汉语医患会话口语习用语在交际中呈现自由和依赖两种类型的序列位置,反映由非常态的匹配关系、非常态的因果关系和非常态的事理关系所造成的反预期心理,在人际交往中受到权势和亲疏两种关系的制约,具有表达人际意义、客观情况、个人观点、情感、使令意义五类互动功能。From the perspective of interactive linguistics,this paper puts forward three inclusion criteria,which are“the commonality of communication,the appropriateness of expression,the generality of vocabulary”and determines the entries of Chinese doctor-patient oral idioms based on the educational goal of medical talents in“New Medicine”.By examining the interactive communication characteristics of the Chinese doctor-patient oral conversational idioms,it is found that they present two types of sequence positions in communication:freedom and dependence.This reflect the counter-expectation psychology caused by non-standard matching relationships,non-standard causal relationships,and non-standard logical relationships.Chinese doctor-patient oral conversational idioms are restricted by the power and intimacy in interpersonal communication and have five functions:expressing interpersonal meaning,expressing objective situations,expressing personal opinions,expressing emotions,and expressing imperative meaning.
