摘  要:目的:探讨信息技术化健康教育模式对青少年学生结核病防治知识认知的影响。方法:选取2022年3—9月佛山市南海区13~17岁在校学生1562名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各781名。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予信息技术化健康教育模式。比较两组学生结核病防治知识掌握情况、结核相关正确行为形成情况及教育满意度。结果:教育后,观察组学生的发病机制、危害性、传染途径、日常护理得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);教育后,观察组学生积极宣传结核病防治知识、主动接受结核病筛查、保持个人卫生、养成健康生活习惯、室内经常通风得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组学生教育满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:采取信息技术化健康教育模式对青少年学生结核病防治知识认知具有积极影响,可加深学生对结核病防治相关知识的了解和掌握程度,帮助学生形成正确的结核相关防治行为,提升学生满意度。Objective:To explore the influence of information technology-based health education model on the cognition of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge among adolescent students.Methods:A total of 1562 students aged 13~17 in Nanhai District,Foshan City from March to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group,with 781 people in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given information technology-based health education mode.The mastery of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge,the formation of tuberculosis-related correct behaviors and education satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the education,the scores of the pathogenesis,harmfulness,route of infection,and daily care of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).After the education,the students in the observation group actively promoted the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control,took the initiative to accept tuberculosis screening,maintained personal hygiene,developed healthy living habits,and the scores of regular indoor ventilation were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The education satisfaction of the students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Conclusion:The adoption of information technologybased health education model has a positive impact on the cognition of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge among adolescent students,which can deepen students'understanding and mastery of tuberculosis prevention and control related knowledge,help students form correct tuberculosis-related prevention and control behaviors,and improve student satisfaction.
