摘　　要：针对我国饲料资源短缺,特别是蛋白质饲料原料匮乏的窘境,探究非常规饲料原料高效利用的技术措施意义重大。玉米干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)是以玉米为原料生产乙醇的副产物,是一种可替代豆粕的植物性蛋白质原料。然而玉米DDGS中纤维素、不饱和脂肪酸和霉菌毒素含量较高,且在加工过程中易发生美拉德反应等,限制了其在养殖和饲料生产中的推广应用。本文综述了现有应用和加工技术对玉米DDGS营养价值的改善效果及其应用现状,为其在畜禽生产中的科学应用和深入研究提供理论指导。In view of the shortage of feed resources in China,especially protein feedstuff,it is significant to investigate the technical measures for high effective utilization of non-conventional feedstuffs.Distillers dried grains with solubles(DDGS)is the by-product of producing ethanol from corn,and is a plant protein raw material that can replace soybean meal.However,the high fiber,mycotoxins and unsaturated fatty acids in corn DDGS as well as the Maillard reaction during processing limit its application in animal and feed production,so this paper provides an overview of research progress on the addition of enzymes,antioxidants and the use of different processing techniques to improve nutritional value,and summarizes the effects of the above application and processing techniques used in corn DDGS on livestock growth performance,nutrient utilization and antioxidant capacity.
