摘 要:目的:探讨服用抗精神病药物的青年精神分裂症患者骨密度与血清性激素水平之间的相关性。方法:选取安徽省精神卫生中心住院部确诊为精神分裂症的63例青年(18~35岁)患者作为研究对象。研究收集一般人口学资料(年龄、性别、身高、体质量)与疾病相关资料(病程、用药方案、骨密度数值、血清性激素指标水平)。采用Pearson积矩相关或Spearman秩相关分析患者血清性激素水平和骨密度间相关性。结果:27%的青年精神分裂症患者骨量减少;男性(22例)较女性(41例)青年精神分裂症患者骨密度数值更低;男性青年精神分裂症患者单一用药组骨密度数值(T-分数、Z-分数)与血清泌乳素存在负性相关;女性青年精神分裂症患者骨密度数值(T-分数、Z-分数)与血清泌乳素存在负性相关。结论:青年精神分裂症患者泌乳素水平与骨密度密切相关,可以通过青年精神分裂症患者泌乳素水平评估患者骨量下降风险。Objective:To investigate the correlation between bone mineral density and serum sex hormone levels in young schizophrenic patients taking antipsychotic drugs.Methods:Sixty-three young(18-35 years old)patients diagnosed with schizophrenia in the inpatient department of Anhui Provincial Mental Health Center were selected as study subjects.General demographic data(age,sex,height,weight)and disease-related data(duration of illness,medication regimen,bone mineral density values,serum sex hormone index levels)were collected for the study.Pearson product-moment correlation or Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum sex hormone levels and bone mineral density in patients.Results:Bone mass was reduced in 27%of young schizophrenic patients;BMD values were lower in males(22 cases)than in females(41 cases)in young schizophrenic patients;BMD values(T-score,Z-score)were negatively correlated with serum prolactin in the single medication group in male young schizophrenic patients;BMD values(T-score,Z-score)were negatively correlated with serum prolactin in female young schizophrenic patients.Conclusions:Prolactin levels in young schizophrenic patients are closely related to bone mineral density,and the risk of bone loss in young schizophrenic patients can be assessed by their prolactin levels.
