摘 要:目的:探讨三维可视化技术在急诊创伤教学和医患沟通中的应用及效果。方法:选取60名实习医生为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30名)和对照组(30名),分别采用三维可视化及传统模式进行教学,依据客观成绩和主观评分评估教学效果。将同期创伤患者家属30人随机分为观察组(15人)和对照组(15人),分别借助三维立体图像及二维图像进行医患沟通教学,依据主观问卷调查的方式评估沟通效果。结果:在教学方面,观察组学生考核成绩及问卷调查评分均高于对照组,而医患沟通方面,观察组问卷调查评分高于对照组。结论:三维可视化技术应用到创伤教学及医患沟通中,不仅能够显著提高教学质量,同时提升医患沟通效果,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the application and effect of three-dimensional visualization technology in emergency trauma teaching and doctor-patient communication.Methods:60 interns were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the observation group(30)and the control group(30).Three dimensional visualization and traditional mode were used for teaching respectively.The teaching effect was evaluated according to the objective score and subjective score.Thirty relatives of trauma patients in the same period were randomly divided into the observation group(15)and the control group(15).The communication between doctors and patients was carried out with the help of three-dimensional and two-dimensional images,and the communication effect was evaluated according to the subjective questionnaire.Results:In terms of teaching,the scores of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of assessment and questionnaire survey,while in terms of doctor-patient communication,the scores of the questionnaire survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The application of 3D visualization technology in trauma teaching and doctor-patient communication can not only significantly improve the quality of teaching,but also improve the effect of doctor-patient communication,which is worthy of clinical application.
